The built-in viewer has many features to view, manipulate, and edit study images.

On the top right of the viewer there is a bar to scroll through all the picture available in the patients study.

If the study is a video (Like an ultrasound), you can scroll through the images frame by frame, or press the play button to loop the images together like a video. Underneath the frame bar you can adjust the speed of the video.

The "Sync In Tree" button will sync the current image with the study list on the left side of TeleRay. 


 
Mouse Drag Mode

By selecting different bubbles under the section "Mouse Drag Mode", you will change the effect of your mouse while clicking on the image.

Zoom - While clicking the picture and dragging up, you will zoom out. While clicking the picture and dragging down, you will zoom in.

Pan - While clicking the picture you can drag the image around to see different parts of the image. Useful for zoomed in images. 


Brightness - While clicking the picture and dragging up, you will decrease the brightness. While clicking the picture and dragging down, you will increase the brightness.

Scroll Images - While clicking the picture and dragging up or down, you will scroll through all the pictures within the study.



Ruler Measurement - By clicking and dragging your mouse across the picture you will create a line of measurement across the image. If the study has measurement data within the image it will show the approximate length in centimeters. Otherwise it will default to pixels.

- Right Click Ruler Measurement Options:

Delete Measurement - This will delete the measurement you right clicked
Delete All Measurements - This will delete all measurements added on that specific image
Calibrate - This will enable you to recalibrate the measurements if you know the proper measurements of the study image. This will then change all measurements based on that calibration.
Change Color - This will give you multiple options to change the colors of the measurements.


Annotation Arrow - Drags an arrow to annotate a specific part of the image. A text box will appear for you to enter a description. Right clicking will give the options to edit the annotation.

ROI Measurement - This will measure a the Radius of Influence of a specific region on the image.

Mask Data - This will allow you to create a box to mask sensitive data such as in ultrasound studies which may contain information within the image itself. 



 
Icons

1x Zoom - This will automatically zoom the image to its full size.

Fit Window - This will return the image to its natural size that will fit within the viewer. 


Invert - This will invert the color of the image.

Reverse - This will flip the image from left to right.


Flip - This will flip the image upside down.

Rotate 90 - This will rotate the image clockwise 90 degrees.

Display Demo - This will turn the display on and off for the information about the image. This information does not appear directly on the image, it only displays information retrieved from the study within the viewer.

Save Frame As - This will save a screenshot of exactly how the image looks from the viewer. You can save the image in either a .bmp, .jpg, .png, or .tif file type.

Reset - This will reset the image to its original state. This will not however remove: Ruler Measurements, Annotation Arrows, ROI Measurements or Masked Data. Those need to be right clicked and removed manually.


Save DICOM - This will only save files that you have Masked Data in. It will not save any other changes you have made to the image. 

- Save DICOM Options
First select if you want to "Use Current Demographics", "Edit Demographics", or "Anonymize Study". If you want all the images within the study you have selected to change, check the box "Apply To All Images in Study"

Import will add the masked studies into a new study within the study list on the left. It will not overwrite the original study.
Save To Disk will save the masked studies as a DICOM file to your computer.
Cancel Save will make no changes.
