By default your TeleRay application will only burn one patient, including all of their studies, per disc. If you would like to burn multiple patients onto a disc you must change the settings to allow this.
Click on Configure within your TeleRay product. Select the tab "Media" on top.
Click the bubble "Allow Multiple Patients and Studies Per Media".
